At Commune, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full reimbursement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and place it back in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For larger furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional courier collection; for smaller accents, simply print and attach the provided prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
